By Gabriel García March 19, 2022

In the coming weeks the first three books of the PsychonautGuides.com catalogue will be available.

The launch will be made in conjunction with the PsychonautGuides.com website and the titles will be available in English and Spanish, as well as in full color or B&W versions. Digital versions of the books will available in Amazon, Google Books and many other selling channels.

The first introductory book to the collection will be “Essential Guide to the Psychedelic Renaissance”, by Antón Gómez-Escolar. This book is also recommended as an introductory guide to the world of the new psychedelics and the whole psychedelic renaissance movement that emerged from Michael Pollan’s unprecedented success as an absolute best-seller in this field. Discover the world of psilocybin, MDMA, DMT, ketamine and LSD, before society is plunged into this revolution, which will forever change our perception of psychedelics. The title also features a foreword written by Rick Doblin, founder and CEO of MAPS, one of the foremost eminences in the field.

While the previous title opened the Essential Guides collection, the following two titles will open the Psychedelic Science collection: “Your Brain with Psychedelics”, by Genís Oña, and “Psychedelics and Mental Health”, by Irene de Caso, both books preluded by José Carlos Bouso, PhD and director of ICEERS (International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research & Service).

With “Your Brain with Psychedelics” you will enter the forefront of scientific research on the impact of psilocybin, MDMA, DMT, mescaline and LSD on the brain. With this guide you will learn the keys to the effects of psychedelics, capable of producing significant changes in the processes of perception, thought and consciousness.

On the other hand, with “Psychedelics and Mental Health”, by Irene de Caso, you will discover the therapeutic uses of classic psychedelics and empathogens as revolutionary tools for neuroplasticity and mental health. You will learn how psilocybin, DMT or MDMA promote profoundly revealing mental states capable of restructuring our internal models of the world, reconsolidating traumatic memories and improving our social relationships. How do they affect the brain? What characteristics make these substances powerful catalysts for the psychotherapeutic process?

The aim of these first releases is to offer science-based and up-to-date guides to discover and explore the exciting world of psychedelic substances, their potential and applications.

You can find more information and details about each book in our book section of the blog and soon on PsychonautGuides.com
